Custom web design
Hand-coded, five pages or more, about four weeks from hello to live. Fast on a phone, easy to keep up, and nothing from a page builder in it. $175 a month with nothing down, or $3,800 once.
How a build works →Three things, really: build the site, get you found, or build for your agency. Here's what each one covers and what it costs.

Three routes
03 · pick one
You need a website, or the one you have is slow, dated, and you'd rather nobody saw it. Start with a build or a rebuild.
Websites ↓The site is solid, but local search is quiet. Start with visibility, your Google profile, and reviews.
Get found ↓You sell the work and need someone to build it under your name, on your timeline.
Partners ↓Websites
03 · the builds
Hand-coded, five pages or more, about four weeks from hello to live. Fast on a phone, easy to keep up, and nothing from a page builder in it. $175 a month with nothing down, or $3,800 once.
How a build works →You have a site on WordPress, Wix, or an old agency build, and it's slow or dated. I rebuild it on plain HTML, move the content over, and map old URLs to new pages so visitors and search engines land in the right place and as much existing search value as possible carries over. The old site stays live until you approve the new one.
How rebuilds work →A custom Shopify store: the theme built from scratch, apps configured, shipping connected, and a walkthrough so you can run it yourself. Quoted per project, from $8,000.

04 · the work
The map pack and the local results. Profile work, page optimizations chosen from Search Console data, citation cleanup, rank tracking, and a plain-language report every month. From $650 a month, six-month minimum.
What's in Local SEO →The work on your own pages: technical cleanup, titles and meta descriptions, page structure, internal links, service-page improvements, and speed. Every site I build gets this foundation at launch. Website + Growth adds ongoing basic upkeep of those pages. Local SEO adds active optimization, tracking, and reporting.
The technical side →For most local searches the profile is what people actually see: hours, services, categories, photos, posts. Setup comes with every site I build. Website + Growth keeps it current; the SEO plans work it every month.
How I work the profile →More real Google reviews, and answers to the ones you have. I set up your review link, give you wording you can hand a customer, and help you answer what comes in. On Growth SEO the ask becomes part of your job-close routine and I track the count every month. No software, no fake reviews.
Where reviews sit in the plans →Emerging: AI search. Good search fundamentals also make a business easier for AI-powered search tools to find and understand: pages that can be crawled, clear answers on the page, structured data where it fits, business details that match everywhere they appear, and a solid reputation across the web. Different tools pull from different sources and rank them in different ways, so I don't promise placement or citations in any of them. The fundamentals are already part of the plans above, not a separate package. How I approach search →
Partners
01 · white label
You keep the client relationship and the invoice. The design and build happen under your name, on your timeline, and your client is never contacted directly. Dependable website production when your bench is full, without hiring for it. Quoted per project.
How the partnership works →Tell me what's happening: no site, a quiet phone, or a client you need built. Five minutes on the phone usually sorts it.
