I design, build, host, and maintain the site, and it stays with me: as long as you're on a plan it's cared for, and if you stop paying, the site comes down. Your domain name and your content are yours from day one, and they leave with you. Cancel inside the first twelve months and you owe the rest of the build cost: the lump-sum price of your site ($3,800 for a standard five-pager, $4,550 for a ten-page Website + Growth site with a blog) minus what you've paid so far. Prefer to pay once? That's the lump-sum plan: $3,800, and the site is yours to keep. Host it anywhere, nothing more owed to me.

WordPress sites need constant plugin updates, security patches, and maintenance. That complexity adds cost and failure points. I hand-code static sites that are fast, secure, and don't break. There's nothing to hack, nothing to update, and pages load in under a second. For most small businesses, this is the better tool.

Yes. Every site I build is optimized for search from day one: clean markup, fast load times, proper meta tags, schema markup, and initial Google Business Profile setup. Keeping that profile current afterward is part of Website + Growth. Posts, active optimization, and rank tracking are part of monthly SEO, a separate service. I can't promise specific rankings (anyone who does is lying), but you'll have a technically sound foundation that Google can index and rank.

Clients on either monthly website plan get unlimited edits included: text updates, photo swaps, whatever you need. Send me a message and it is handled. Lump-sum clients: one-off changes are $95/hr, or add unlimited edits for $50/mo with a three-month minimum. A brand-new page added after launch is a one-time $100 on every plan, even if you launched with fewer pages than the plan includes. The initial build covers up to five pages on the Website and lump-sum plans and up to ten on Website + Growth.

No. Website + Growth keeps your site and your Google profile current and improving: up to 10 pages in the initial build, a blog or news section ready for your posts, profile upkeep, a review routine, and a short note each month. Local SEO is a campaign: keyword research, rank tracking on 15 to 20 searches, two page optimizations a month chosen from Search Console data, citation cleanup, and a real monthly report. If actively improving rankings is the goal, that's the $650 plan. If you want the site looked after and your Google presence kept tidy, $295 covers it. You can also run an SEO plan on top of either website plan.

Yes, any time, and it doesn't restart your 12 months. The $295 rate and the ongoing help (page upkeep, Google Business Profile upkeep, the review routine, and the monthly note) start with your next invoice. If your site launched without a blog, I set one up at no charge. What doesn't change is the page count: the 10 pages are for sites built on Website + Growth from the start, so a site built on Website keeps its pages and new ones stay $100 each. Moving back down to Website is available after the first 12 months with 30 days' notice. Your pages and blog stay; the ongoing Growth work stops.
