Mostly yes, and fully yes at twelve months. For the first year the monthly plan works like a managed service: I design, build, host, and maintain the site, and if you stop paying, the site comes down. Once you have been on the plan twelve months, the site is yours. Keep paying $175/mo for hosting, edits, and care, or take the clean codebase and host it anywhere. Your domain name and your content are yours from day one, either way.

WordPress sites need constant plugin updates, security patches, and maintenance. That complexity adds cost and failure points. I hand-code static sites that are fast, secure, and don't break. There's nothing to hack, nothing to update, and pages load in under a second. For most small businesses, this is the better tool.

Yes. Every site I build is optimized for search from day one: clean markup, fast load times, proper meta tags, schema markup, and initial Google Business Profile setup. Ongoing profile work (posts, photos, review strategy) is part of monthly SEO, a separate service. I can't promise specific rankings (anyone who does is lying), but you'll have a technically sound foundation that Google can index and rank.

Monthly plan clients get unlimited edits included: text updates, photo swaps, whatever you need. Send me a message and it is handled. Lump-sum clients: one-off changes are $95/hr, or add unlimited edits for $50/mo with a three-month minimum. A brand-new page is separate on either plan: one-time $100 per page.
