SEO · GETTING FOUND

Found in your town.
The honest way.

I handle the technical work that decides who shows up. No black hat tactics, no guaranteed-rankings promises.

How I approach it

The technical work that gets you found.

What I cover
04 · the work

01

Technical foundation

Schema markup, sitemap, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and Search Console setup. The structured data that helps Google understand your business: location, hours, services. Plus the crawlability and performance basics. My static sites start ahead on most of it.

02

Content & on-page

Title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, and keyword targeting based on what your customers actually search for in your area. Plus guidance on what each page should say so it ranks for the right terms.

03

Local search presence

Google Business Profile setup comes with every site I build; if yours isn't set up yet, that's month one. From there, monthly SEO keeps the profile working: posts, photos, accurate descriptions, the right service categories. Plus NAP consistency: your business name, address, and phone number say the same thing across the directories Google checks.

04

Monthly reporting

I track rankings, traffic, and Search Console data and send you a plain-language report each month. No jargon, no inflated metrics. Just what's moving.

Setting expectations

SEO takes time. Here's the honest version.

What to expect
04 · the timeline

01

3–6 months to see movement

Google indexes and re-ranks sites on its own schedule. Most businesses start seeing meaningful ranking changes in the 3–6 month window after good technical work is done. Anyone promising faster guaranteed results is overpromising.

02

Local competition varies

A plumber in Knoxville faces different competition than one in a smaller town. I'll tell you upfront what I think is realistic for your area and niche before you commit.

03

SEO is not paid ads

Organic rankings don't cost you per click once they're established. That's the upside. The downside is the wait. If you need customers tomorrow, paid ads are faster. SEO is an investment in the long run.

04

Site condition matters

A site with a strong technical foundation can move faster. Sometimes results show in 8-10 weeks. A site that needs significant cleanup first has to be fixed before SEO can build on it. I'll tell you which one you have during the audit.

The process

Four steps, then ongoing.

Process
Audit → Report

Audit

I look at your current site, rankings, Search Console data, and competitor presence to understand where you stand.

Strategy

Based on the audit, I put together a realistic plan: keywords to target, pages to optimize, technical fixes to make.

Implementation

I make the changes: on-page edits, GBP updates, schema, site speed improvements, and whatever else the audit found.

Monitor & report

I watch the data monthly, adjust as needed, and keep you informed with a plain-language report you can actually read.

Ongoing
Pricing

Two plans, prices posted.

Monthly SEO

Growth SEO

$1,000 / month

Local SEO + new pages

  • Everything in Local SEO
  • One new page a month: service pages, area pages, FAQs
  • Expanded keyword tracking & competitor monitoring
  • More Google reviews. I build the ask into your job-close routine and track the count every month.
  • Monthly strategy call

Both plans start with a six-month commitment. The first month is heavy on setup (audit, keyword research, tracking), and honest SEO needs at least that long to show movement. Growth is a phase, not a forever plan: most businesses run it for the first year while the pages get built, then drop to Local. When your site covers your market, I'll tell you to downgrade.

Questions

What people usually ask.

Ask a question →
Q.01

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No, and neither can anyone else. Search algorithms are outside my control. I do guarantee that I'll use current best practices and be honest with you about what's working and what isn't. No reputable SEO company makes ranking guarantees.

Q.02

How is SEO different from running ads?

Ads give you immediate visibility for as long as you keep paying. Organic SEO takes longer to build but doesn't cost you per click once you're ranking. Most small businesses benefit from both over time, but SEO is the better long-term investment.

Q.03

Do I need to be a Clear Springs web client to get SEO help?

Not necessarily. If you have an existing site I can work with, I can provide SEO separately. That said, my static sites start with strong technical SEO built in, which gives you a better foundation.

Q.04

How do you measure success?

I track keyword rankings, organic traffic, click-through rates, and Search Console impressions. I also pay attention to whether the traffic is turning into actual inquiries. Traffic that doesn't convert doesn't help your business.

Q.05

What does it cost?

Local SEO is $650 a month for one location. Growth SEO is $1,000 a month and adds a new page every month. Both start with a six-month commitment. One month of SEO proves nothing, and I'd rather not take your money to prove nothing. No setup fee. If your industry is competitive enough that these plans won't be enough, I'll say so before you sign, not after.
